  1. Hi all, need some advice. I currently work in an ICU full time. My first baby is due in May. I just told my manager today the I am pregnant, and she was supportive and happy for me. My question is, when should I tell my manager that I want to go registry status after maternity leave? I dont want to bring it up yet since I'm so early on, but I also don't want to wait too long. I was thinking I would talk to her about it and ask about a month before my due date. I am hoping it is not an issue. Can anyone thats been through this situation offer some advice? I will have been there just shy of a year when my baby is born. Thanks!
