  1. PRC verification for CGFNS CVS for NY while abroad

    Hi, everyone! I am in deep need of help regarding my CGFNS CVS for NY. I am currently in Canada and one of the forms that need to be filled out is from the PRC. The address that's in the form is the main PRC in Manila, but I was registered in Cagayan de Oro. Is it possible that I have the CDO PRC fill it out or it should be the PRC Manila? Also, what should be done if you're abroad like in my case and have to have this filled out? What are the requirements. Please enlighten me. Thank you!
