  1. Nope, I rented them on Amazon. Best of luck!
  2. I wouldn’t worry about studying before the class starts. I don’t think it would be effective. Don’t bother getting the recommended textbooks for the class either. I never used them. The professor will post pre-recorded lectures that you can listen to over and over. He’ll also post PowerPoints to go along with the lectures. I listened to each lecture twice and took very detailed notes on every word the professor said. Focus on what the professor says in lectures. It’s quite time consuming and there is a lot to memorize. I spent 15-20 hours a week studying for the class. You might not need to study that much, but my time paid off as I did extremely well. Plus, I believe that’s time well spent because it’s all very applicable to CRNA school.
  3. I took the course a couple months ago in fall 2021. It’s a great course! I highly recommend it. It’s challenging and time consuming, but you will do well if you put in the time and effort. It’s designed for nurses that are working full-time. Most importantly, I feel like it really helped boost my CRNA school applications. Multiple schools asked me questions about this specific course during my interviews.
  4. Did you accept the offer? I got accepted as well!
  5. I received an interview invite here as well. I spoke with the director a few months ago and only remember him saying, "We'll test your knowledge a little bit" regarding the interview. So I assume it's a combination of clinical and behavioral interviewing questions. Have you found out anything more about their interview style or questions?
  6. Looking into taking Advanced Physiology (UCNAP 500) online through Middle Tennessee to boost my application for CRNA school. Has anyone taken this course?
  7. Also waitlisted. That makes at least 5 of us in the waitlist pool.
