    My nursing license expires in the very, very near future. I was under the impression that a license is valid for 24 months but apparently the initial license is valid for less. I just applied to have the license renewed and I am in the process of taking these continuing education credits. What am I supposed to do after I complete them/how or where do I submit them? As far as I know I am not being audited or anything like that I am just lost on what to do here. If it's pertinent, I am doing a first renewal in Texas. Thank you
