I've started at a memory care facility today. I have 45 residents. You have to be very good with you're time management skills, and as always, good cnas on the floor helps tremendously.

Hi. Thanks for responding Elk Park. I thought that's how that went, but that are telling me that I may have to apply for endorsement. I already have the job, I started orientation today, and they are telling me that I may not be able to work.

Hello. If I am licensed in Mississippi, but I want to work in Texas for a short while. Do I have to pay for endorsement. They are both compact states. and I don't plan on moving here. I have a job, can't I work?
