  1. ^ you may have better luck with an answer to that question on the accepted students fb group? :). Scroll back for the link
  2. I gave up my spot a few weeks ago. Someone must have taken my spot by now
  3. I took art history, but didn't take it to fulfill a requirement of the program. I just had taken it already for undergrad
  4. I don't think they do until after all of the acceptances have been given out even after all the interviews are done. But it's a guessing game
  5. My solar application never changed from the time I applied up until the time I was accepted unless they received a transcript or letter of recommendation I would add in later. So I wouldn't judge too much based on that. As far as the math goes, I hadn't looked at math or studied any sort of math since I took the GRE 2 years back and I still found it to be pretty easy. I just quickly googled fraction and decimal rules in terms of added, multiplying, etc. For the interview questions I thought it was very straight forward compared to other interviews I had. Idk if I would be at liberty to give you specific questions and how I answered them, but I feel like they are questions you can quickly adapt to on the fly. For example, if you can speak to why you like their program most or your experiences or to talk about the most challenging thing you've had to deal with in your life, you shouldn't have too much of a problem!
  6. For the accelerated program this year, they sent out interviews in 2 waves and the rest i think did not receive interviews. half the people who got interviews were emailed the first day and the second half were emailed a week later
  7. There wasn't any unit conversions nor anything like mg to g, although all you would have to do is multiply/divide by 1000 depending on the direction you are going . You just need SAT level math knowledge. Idk why people say the math test is so difficult. I thought stony brook's calc and statistics courses were a million times harder haha. Also on a side note, I was emailed by the program asking if I wanted to withdraw my application from the basic program since I accepted a spot in the accelerated. So that's a good sign you'll all hear soon!
  8. Can't remember what I got on my SAT... I took that in 2010 Loll
  9. I majored in biology - graduated in 2015!
  10. I'm a sbu alum but will be attending the summer 2018 accelerated BSN program
  11. What phone number did anyone dial to talk to the program about accepting their offer? Just want to make sure I'm going to get called back lol
  12. Hi haha, I'm sure you would've been a good admin too! Thank you and congrats too!
