Just got an email confirmation from my adviser that I was accepted into main campus for spring '19. @aschreiman so cool you get to start a term earlier, congrats!

I received the email earlier this afternoon and also called to confirm. I was admitted to main campus! I was directed to my advisor too to get more details, however he did not answer. I'm assuming for now it's for Spring '19. I'm sure we will be getting further notifications for next steps. Congrats everyone!

I think there were 3-4 from main campus that said they got accepted into the spring 2019 class and 2-3 from SD campus.

I also saw that some even got accepted into the Summer 2019 class in the Fall 2018 forum. I know there were close to 150 applicants for the Fall 2018 and not all accepted may have posted on these forums. I have a feeling there are a lot less spots available than just the 3 we've seen on here...

@SomedayFNP I think we still have another month to hear back. I interviewed with the director of the program and she said May 4th. It's so hard to wait, I feel like the interview process is a lot longer than it was in the Fall. Did you interview with someone different this time around? What did you think?

@SomedayFNP I think my interviewer said by May 4th to receive news on acceptance. Did you say you got accepted to a program in SD? Looks like this is the first week of interviews. I know they are also interviewing next week as well, but I do not know how many applications they received this cycle. Were you able to review your point value during your interview?

@mani95 This is what I found out from the previous interview-- pre-licensure work is about 18 months, you receive your BSN and are required to obtain RN license to move forward in the MSN program. You must work for 1 year as an RN, but you may complete most of the didactic portion which is a hybrid of online and in person classes of the post-licensure courses before completing the MSN clinical portion. I also thinks it varies on the specialty you select for the MSN. Hope this helps you.

Hi Everyone, Just an update for Main Campus. I was told the school of nursing reviews applicants 1-2 months after the Feb. 15th deadline. Looks like March and April to schedule interviews. Good luck!

@somedayfnp Both IE & Main campus for me. Fingers crossed our interviews go well and we get our acceptance this time!

Congrats to all the acceptance recipients. Just wondering if they notified everyone before the holiday break, or if there is still hope for others to receive good news regarding acceptance. @Rs_alln did you also receive your acceptance before Christmas?
