Thanks, that's what I thought too. Hopefully this form that is on mine means that I am reinstated. It has been a long road.

I am asking because my license was suspended due to a false positive drug screen,( I am on probation ) The board met yesterday. I had never done an online verification so now I am unsure as to what I am looking at. What is there is a form... no where does it say license suspended but that the employer has to fax that to the board.

Hi, I am in Louisiana. Has anyone ever done an online license verification on themselves? If so what does it look like. If your license is suspended would it state suspended on the on line verification?
