  1. How hard is it to be a Microbiologist?

    Well, to start off, my major isn't nursing but microbiology. I've been struggling with the thought of; what if im not good enough? what if there's a lot of memorisation and i've always been bad at memorising things? what if biochemistry/basic chemistry is just too much for me? do i need maths/high levels at it in my job? what are the expectations & requirements of being a microbiologist? all of these questions are convincing me to drop & switch the major. (yet i rly dont know what to switch to) please help. the idea of being a microbiologist & being responsible is so scary and is destroying my confidence & love for biology.
