Thank you for the timely response. Wow really just immunization records and health insurance? I was told after acceptance they put you through a full blown screening as though you were getting a job at a hospital. That must be right before clinical's for the facilities to allow us to practice?

Upon acceptance were there any type of tests done? (physical, u/a, hearing, vision, disability, ext). Or do they just require your immunization record?
