  1. Wow, good luck with the ACLS and the new job! What have you been using to study? I bought the ECG Incredibly Easy book on Amazon but I haven't gotten it yet.
  2. Thank you both for your replies. I plan on getting it before I start working. I called around to some of the colleges and hospitals that provide the space for the Advanced Professional Healthcare Education, LLC (APHE) classes and they said that they are American Heart Association certified. It seems legit to me. If anyone has any first hand experience taking one of the classes from them or has experience with them I'd love to hear about your experience.
  3. Hello, I am a new RN grad and this is my first time posting on here! I want to get my Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) licence before I start working but I have been having a hard time finding a place to get it. A lot of places offer the renewal class frequently but almost never offer the initial class. I found that Advanced Professional Healthcare Education, LLC offers a lot of them but I've seen other webpages that offer a class and give you a card at the end but when I've read reviews they are scams an cannot actually be used for a job. Does anyone have any experience taking a class with them and then using that licence at work? Do you know if this is a scam? They say that an American Heart Association certification card is provided but for $185 I want to be really sure This is the webpage I was looking at: AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - APHE Thank you!
