  1. Hey there! I just currently applied for nursing school for the Spring 2018 semester. I'm working on getting all my ducks in a row and if it's not one thing it's the other. I have submitted declaratory orders for two misdemeanors i recieved about ten years ago (fishing without a license and firearm in motor vehicle, both in Washington State). I have submitted my paperwork for those and I'm good. Here is the situation.... Monday September 11th, I did my finger printing. Sunday September 17th I was at a birthday house party for a friend. While the party was winding down and people were leaving, I walked one of my friends to the intersectio, which was four houses down, to meet her cab. She got in her cab, and there was a police officer was behind the cab. The officer stopped and started talking to me. I was slightly drunk, but not belligerent or falling over. He would not let me walk back to the house, but he did arrested me for public intoxication (misdemeanor). Anyone have similar issues? Or have a public intoxication charge? When should I report this to the BON? I'm so stressed
