   I work at Winnie Palmer with a NICU of 143 beds. The unit is divided into L2 &3. I am looking for info on other hospitals L2 nurse:pt ratios and if you have CNA's. Who is allowed to feed your babies? Thank you so much.

   I work in a 143 bed NICU that is divided in to L3-4 and then L2. I work L2 and love it. We each have 4 babies and share a tech. It can get extremely busy but the acuity is Less and I get to hold and feed my little ones. We have private rooms for ...
