  1. I'm doing nurse:pt ratio research for NICU's. Can you please tell me if you are in a L2 or 3 unit or combined and number of patients. Also who is allowed to feed your babies. Thank you.
  2. I work at Winnie Palmer with a NICU of 143 beds. The unit is divided into L2 &3. I am looking for info on other hospitals L2 nurse:pt ratios and if you have CNA's. Who is allowed to feed your babies? Thank you so much.
  3. I work in a 143 bed NICU that is divided in to L3-4 and then L2. I work L2 and love it. We each have 4 babies and share a tech. It can get extremely busy but the acuity is Less and I get to hold and feed my little ones. We have private rooms for 36 babies. I've worked L3 and am now enjoying this. Good luck.
  4. Can you please share with me your hospitals policy on changing nursery/Nicu linens. Research is outdated. Thanks
  5. I am looking for nursery/NICU policy on linen changes. There is limited information out there. How often are linens changed in your hospital?
  6. We use these and love them.
