  1. I am a CNA and some days I work a 12 hour shift 6:00 p.m. to 6p.m,Other days I work to 2 to 10 ,And also worked 10:00 p.m. to 6A was wondering how to get my sleep schedule under control so I'm not sleeping up until the time I have to get ready for work
  2. How to spend time with family without sleeping till time to go in.
  3. I am a CNA ,Some days I work 10pm to 6am,or 2pm to 10pm and 6pm to 6am.Never know when to get up to spend time with family.No kids,like to stay up and sleep in thanks.
