Thank you for your comment. I am 24 years from Ireland. It is quite difficult to find courses here. Agency is quite difficult as you have to go to certain wards that you have no experience in. I have heard of nurses working for insurance companies but am not sure what this involves. Also I have been researching nursing tutors and health instructor/coaching.

Thank you chocholic1. I have never been that happy on the ward settings. My friend has mentioned Nurse Lecturing so I will have to research into that. I have never heard of a scheduler before.

Thank you. I have a BSC in General Nursing. I have never heard of case management but will look into this. There is very little guidance for nurses when qualified in relation to career progression or different pathways to take.

I have been nursing for over 2 years now. I currently work for an agency company. I do not enjoy agency anymore as I am not happy in the hospital setting due to the extreme shortage of staffing, pressure etc. I hurt my back a few years ago and have been advised to branch out of the hospital setting. I have heard a few nurses branched into med rep, phlebotomy etc. Any advice/ideas would be appreciated.
