  1. Both are great, but you will be equally qualified for both so just do what you want to do most. Looking for a job that brings pleasure to you is the best becuase you will more likely to thrive in it.
  2. Truly I think every nurse goes through this. I can say it's absolutely normal to have insecurities about the amount of exposure in the nursing field. You have to trust yourself and your better judgement, find yourself a mentor. Nursing is more than just skills it analytical, critical, creative thinking. You can never be prepared for every single situation, but if you have someone who can guide you and help you put things into proper perspective this will help you make better decisions for the patient's well being. Find somewhere you can volunteer, and observe join nurses online discussions. Exposure is a great way to familiarize yourself with what it takes to be a well rounded nurse.
