  1. Hey Y'all! I need some help. I work on on fairly busy labor and delivery unit, we are currently undergoing a complete renovation and are delivering on our pp unit. When our new unit opens back up our call bell system is being upgraded to navicare which will allow pts to call to us directly and for staff to have set items that we can push on a touch screen for items like anesthesia, baby/transition nurse, doc needed, resident needed, nicu team needed, and one to our front desk staff, by the push of a button it will call/page whomever we need(its preset) has anyone ever worked on education for staff to learn all of these items or the best way to work through this? it is myself and another nurse who are going to be doing the education with staff Any helpful insights for our new transition?
