    Hi! Can I ask you, how many hours of clinical/ theory you had in your nursing program of Mental Health/ maternal? Maybe try New York state? Not through TruMerit, CGFNS, but straight through New York BON. There is plenty of Philipino RNs who shared their experience on reddit. (I am EU RN, who got license through New York, and now I wonder to which states I could transfer my license.) Good luck!
