This is an awesome idea! If all goes as planned, i will apply for Fall 2018 as well. Im currently at 57 pts. and am thinking of doing a CNA program before the year ends to bump me to 62. I wonder what the average pts. are right now?

Hi everyone! Im currently attending a community college in California and have been working on my pre-req to get admitted into the nursing program. However, with only classes left, my parents decided to move to AZ, which looks like it will happen before this year ends. With that said, im really nervous with regards to the waitlist in the Maricopa Nursing program. I see a lot of old posts stating that most people waited 2 years. Is that still the average wait? I also cam across the CEP program and my concern is how competitive it is. I currently have a 3.0 GPA and with my remaining pre-reqs and co-reqs i could bring it up a few more points, but i doubt it would go above 3.4. What was your wait time for the non-CEP? What was your HESI score and GPA upon getting admitted into CEP? Also, any problems with getting a clearance card and what was the reason why you, or anyone you know, werent able to gain clearance? Im so nervous for this move and im feeling like i wont have a shot. My last resort if not getting accepted into CEP is just waiting, which brings me to my last question, what did you guys do during that wait time? Thanks in advance!
