I am looking for a graduate nurse position and have been on several interviews, but I am just not getting hired. My interviewers seem to generally like me, they keep me in the interview for longer than an hour. They talk to me like they have already decided to hire me. One went so far as to say just let me know if you want days or nights and I will send you your offer in 2 days. Another one said they would let me know within 2 days of interviewing and I haven't heard anything in over a week. I am looking for any advice. I am wondering what I can do to make myself more appealing to an interviewer. I am open to any shift, I passed NCLEX, I am bilingual in Spanish, I was previously in the restaurant industry for years, I am open to everything and I have a great attitude. Please Advise.
