Yes I went to Pensacola State College first and got my AA in pre-nursing (anatomies , chemistry, algebra etc) then applied to uwf to transfer and applied for their nursing program and now I start next month ?? And yes we were originally going to get the decisions in May but they sent them out in April they use NursingCAS system now and it makes it easier best of luck and anymore questions I’ll answer to the best of my abilities

Yeah I got in this fall 2019 off the alternate list and I only had a 3.1 made an 82 on the teas test . Had 70 volunteer hours . And 3 of the extra recommended classes and that’s what helped me slide in I believe

You’re fine and yes I actually had my AA completed then applied

I had a low gpa only like a 3.12 I had the other things and made an 81 on the teas

I was placed on the alternate list And I was lucky enough to make it off the alternate list and into the program and call mrs Leslie she’s the admission coordinator and she is so nice

I was actually accepted after all I got the call yesterday

They sent it through email . I was an alternate

Well I got my rejection letter today ??

Hello everyone , my name is Dion and I'm beginning my second year of pre-nursing classes for my BSN. Although men make up a small percentage, is there an estimate of black males? Yes as you can guess I'm an African American male who plans of being the best nurse there is, however I'm the smallest minority. Has anyone work with a (black) male and do people appreciate the difference in diversity? comment away my fellow nursing friends ������
