  1. As far as points; Idk. I will say that they don't go strictly off TEAs test scores like some colleges do such as TCC and DCCCD (They go highly off their HESI scores). On the application for NCTC it gives you an area where to put down addition information. I used this to include my hospital work experience, EMS experience and certification classes I've attended. I feel it was more fair this way and helped to include students who made not be a good test taker.
  2. It was very easy for me. Its points based. I had all my prereqs done. Made As,B,s and one C. Previous AAS degree (paramedic). I didn't do very well on the TEAs although im sure my previous medical background and grades made up for a low teas score. I sent it transcripts and did the application online. The staff are very helpful via email, Cindy Willis is the main one who answers most all questions for applicants.
  3. I was accepted. I start Aug 28th. Nervous, I wish I knew more of what to expect and whats to come in the upcoming months.
