  1. She probably could stay back, just be more difficult. I'm just asking if anyone heard of this kind of practice. It's one thing if she said she doesn't want to leave them short handed, but saying her future is dependent on it just seems like a lie.
  2. I've never heard of a place requireing you to work or you can't work again is all
  3. She thinks if she says anything about the possibility of leaving they will fire her so she won't say anything till we know for sure, which could be after the schedule is out
  4. My wife is a nurse and I'm trying to get a job that will make us relocate. She keeps telling me that she has to have a 6 week notice or it goes on her permanent record and will be hard to find another job. I have a hard time believing this. Is she right? I'm hoping to know by mid February and move mid March. A 4 well notice would be fine. She's convinced when he boss issues the schedule for March in mid February she's required to full fill March schedule
