Hi guys, how have you liked your time at Mayo so far? I was offered a position there and am deciding whether or not to move from CA.

Hi all, I just wanted to ask if any of you work at Mayo in Rochester, and how you like it there. I was offered a position in their thoracic vascular ICU. Being from CA, this would be a big move for me, but I'm open to the idea of it. How was the work environment at Mayo? Did you find there was a lot of support for the nursing staff? Any big pros/cons that you wish you knew going into it? Thank you for your time!

Last question, I swear! Can you ask her what her experience was like in the ICU? e.g. teamwork, doctors, safe patient care, ratio of travelers to staff? I only ask because I was offered an ICU position which is awesome, but if things are as bad as you say I have a med/surg offer elsewhere that I can take instead. Hey guys, I was just offered a position at Santa Rosa Memorial and wanted to know if any of you have had experience with this facility. From my Internet searches, it sounds like the RNs there went on strike a few years ago due to slashed benefits, and there was a post by someone on this site, in 2012, warning to stay away from the hospital. https://allnurses.com/travel-nursing/northern-california-hospitals-802392.html If you guys have any experience with SR Memorial, please feel free to share! Kind of wish I had the foresight to research the organization before the interview, but oh well.
