Thank you for your comment. I have been asking around, but no good news form any hospitals. The staffing company said that I will not have any training, but only one shadow day. I wounder if this is the only way that I can apply EB3 green card on my situation.

Hello All, I am seeking a way to apply EB3 green card as a registered nurse. I would like to know if anyone has any information about it. The hospital that hired me told me they only fill out the paperwork, but nothing else. They don't know the detail about how others did it. However, my manager was very happy that I want to stay. I am currently in the US and will start my OPT next month. I'm an international student from Taiwan. I have Indiana nursing license and BSN degree. I also talked with a staffing company. They told me that I will have to sign a two years contract with them. They told me that I will have to do Form I-140, Form I-485, Visa Screen, and pay an attorney fee. I read something online that my employer have to fill out ETA 9089. It seems impossible to apply the green card without the help of staffing company. I am considering hiring an attorney to help me to stay at my hospital. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestion on my situation. I would also like to know what hospitals sponsor EB3 green card for nurses. (I heard "Prairie St. John's,ND 58103" sponsor green card). Thank you. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
