  1. Mediatech to McKesson computer

    So I am an ICU RN who is going from using Meditech software at my old job to using this archaic dinosaur aged McKesson computer software at my new job. I am worried that this will be my downfall with this job. I had Meditech down and found it user friendly but this McKesson crap has me stressed. Know I am only one day into orientation and I have patient care down and I could step in and do the job if it was the same software without any orientation. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they have picked up using McKesson? I will take any and all advice. I feel like I will have to be onnorientation for. Full 12 weeks just because of this stupid software. We are also switching to Epic next year. Feeling very frustrated!!!
