  4. Just took the exam today and failed . I'm so miserable . I even went out for ice cream (never do ,lactose intol) just needed a pick me up but not much success with that one . I want to cry so bad . I have been anxious aMD restless for weeks over this exam . My life is at a hold and I need to put this behind me . I can't let my kids see me cry but it really feels bad. What do people do for test anxiety . I need help. I would also appreciate any advice about whether to retake the aanp or go for ancc.
