  1. Hello, I am a recent graduate of a dual role FNP/ENP program. I’m looking for a review course for the ENP certification. I saw that the AAENP recommends Fitzgerald and Berkeley. Do you recommend one of these or one that isn’t listed? I am planning to use Rosh review for practice questions. Thank you!
  2. Has anyone received their acceptance letter from the university itself? I received my acceptance into the program, but not the letter that has your school ID information and email.
  3. So, I've never had to get titers done for MMR. Does anyone know if they come back negative/equivocal, and we start the vaccinations again and the next set of titers are drawn after March 5, would we still be meeting the requirements? Wouldn't castle branch still say "Incomplete."

I used Fast Facts for the ER Nurse by Jennifer Buettner and the CEN study materials from the ENA!
  5. Has anyone gotten their acceptance packet in the mail yet?
  6. I just got my acceptance email!! I haven't gotten a letter in the mail yet!
  7. I applied to dual role, maybe it's different for both! I hope it ends up being sooner than later!
  8. Did you apply to the dual role msn? Maybe someone just got mixed up!
  9. Yes! they said they would be mailed after the 15, so I'm assuming they're mailing them tomorrow.
  10. Letters will start being received after the 15th!
  11. I remember reading somewhere on their website that the earliest we could receive a decision would be 8 weeks from the application due date, which would be today. I don't really expect them to send them out yet though.
  12. Hi! I applied for Summer 2018 too. Has anyone gotten any information back?

Hi! I'm a new grad and will start my nurse residency in an ED in about a month. I was wondering if anyone had any advice? The hospital is not a trauma center, but is in a large city. I will be paired with a preceptor for a couple of months and I have worked in an ED before (during school as a pct). My practicum was on a med-surg floor, and I'm worried about prioritizing my actions/anticipating doctor's orders/not recognizing signs and symptoms(quickly), and etc. I did well in school and on the NCLEX, but is there anything you reviewed/studied that made your critical thinking faster?
