  2. What kind of nursing care issues are you referring to? I'm not sure what you mean when you say it cannot be a medical issue. Here is what comes to mind: Understaffing issues Moral and Ethical dilemmas - such as, treating criminals, euthanasia and DNR orders, religion conflicts Hope this helps.

Preferably from two different disciplines.
