The department of education in Louisiana only hold transcript if u graduated in louisiana so. I have to get in contact with the local school board in that exact city and i did they say it will take three to six weeks but the kill part is class start on the 28....like they waited all those months but im not giving up

I need some advice or someone who has experienced this. In February i applied for a lpn program at a local college and i tested and passed with a 30 on wonderlic and 96 eng 110 math and 108 reading on accuplacer and turned in all documents and was accepted. Fast forward the day i come in to regester for class i am being told by director and financial aid advisor that basically they dont feel as if the state board of nursing will accept my high school transcript because i was a hurricane katrina evacuee and my transcript only show my last year of high school they dont have grades 9-11 but it shows that i graduated...i called the state board of nursing and they say they only really focus on college transcript ...and my school is basically saying if i cant find those records than i cant register for class the director even called the high school and they confirmed everything but the college is being petty so u might as well say my acceptance letter means nothing .... Im so frustrated because i really want this and i turned down two other schools and now its like if i dont get registered ill have to wait another year and ultimately go through everything all over with another school....ANY ADVICE?
