Should I take general biology before Microbiology and Anatomy& physiology?
I'm going to school at a community college for nursing. All the universities I'm looking to transfer to doesn't require general biology but my school does. I'm assuming it's just a recommendation and since I'm only doing the general education course I was thinking about ignoring it. I'm only concerned about if I need the information in general biology to pass the other courses. Can someone please help me out.

Need help with this situation!!
When I started college I wanted to be a nurse, but for some stupid reason I switch to accounting. I hate accounting and anything remotely related to business. All the classes suck. My accounting class in particular is dreadful. I hate it and never understood it. I made a F on the first test and I'm not confident that I l'll past the second one. I want to drop it because I know I'll be switching back to nursing next semester, but I'm scared that dropping accounting will mess with my financial aid since I will go from a full time to a part time. I don't want to stay in the class and fail because I know I'll need a high GPA to get into nursing school. I'm really confused about what I should do. Can anyone give me some advice?

Is becoming a lvn a waste of time?
I'm 19 and I'm thinking about becoming a LVN. I know that it would be best to get a BSN, but my family is extremely dysfunctional. For starters my parents can't afford to financially support me through school(I go to a CC). That's not a big deal though because I work a part time and get grants. It just makes things a a little more difficult. The biggest reason I want to get the LVN is because my family is always fighting. They have been having screaming matches for the last two days and yesterday it got physical. This environment is stressing me out and I can feel it affecting my mental health in a negative way. I'm sick of dealing with constant arguments. I really want to get a stable income and move out as soon as possible. if I do become a LVN I will most definitely stay in school part time to become a RN. So that isn't my concern. I'm just worried that I won't be able to find a job. I'm not worried about not being able to work in a hospital but I hear that the job prospects aren't too good for LVN's. I live in Houston,Texas if that helps.

I'm interested in going into nursing and I have a few questions.
I am thinking about entering the nursing field and would like to ask some experienced nurses a few questions. 1) Is nursing a good profession for someone who isn't naturally drawn to science? I wouldn't say I was bad at science but the subject never stood out to me. I think overall I was an average student in the subject. 2) How do you deal with the gruesome stuff and how long did it take to get use to it? I mean like burn victims, bones poking out the body, and things like that. 3) Is the stress as bad as the internet makes it seem? If so, how do you deal with it?
