i took mine on 6/20/17. if u are able to apply for yohr initial VN licensure in Breeze, i suggest doing so. i paid for mine on 7/3, got my license # on 7/7 and STILL haven't rec'd that dang letter, but, it really doesn't matter cuz Im an LVN and my name is listed on Breeze. i honestly dnt knw why they have u wait to get that letter in the mail. they told me i wld get my letter by 8/1 when i called on 7/6. then when i called back on 7/7 i was given my license # (since i had gone ahead and already filled out the application and paid the 150.00 on 7/3) but, its honestly to your discretion what u want to do. but, i wasn't waiting for no dang letter, i went on ahead and applied since i had the option to do so. keep us posted!

the lady answered the phn, i asked her if she cld tell me when my pass or fail letter was sent out and she said to me "you have a license number already" and then she gave it to me over the phone and put me on hold for a second. she got back on the phn and i asked her if a letter was ever sent out, she said on 6/22/17. i told her i hadn't rec'd anything yet and it was already 7/7/17. she said that i shld rec'v my actual license in 7-10 business days. i asked her if my Breeze acct was updated w/my license # she said yes. i verified my license # to her as she had given it over the phn and hung up. i refreshed my Breeze acct bcuz when i had called it still showed "pending" and when i refreshed, my license # was on there! i am officially a LVN! keep us posted for when u get your license! i paid for mine on 7/3, 7/4 was the holiday and 7/7 was the date issued. so it took about 4-5 days after i made my payment thru my Breeze acct. and i still haven't rec'd my letter yet as of today 7/10

i had those 3 also and jus decided to apply for my initial license on 7/3, when i spoke to a girl at the BVPNT yesterday 7/7 she gave me my license # and said my license wld be in the mail in 7-10 business days. i really dnt believe they wld give u the option to apply if u passed? but, i took the chance, i paid the $150.00 and i still haven't rec'd my "u passed" letter yet, but, my actual license # is posted and my license is in the mail

***UPDATE*** I took my VN NCLEX on 6/20 and called yesterday and was on the phn w/BVNPT and a girl was like u should receive your letter (whether i passed or failed) on or b4 Aug 1st which was not reassuring. as i mentioned b4, on Mon 7/3 i went on ahead and jus paid for my initial VN license on Breeze since i was given an option to do so, paying the $150 and taking my chances. so today, i called back to the BVNPT to see if i cld get any better info frm someone else. the girl on the phn says well here's your license #. i was like stop playing are u serious, she was like yeah. i was like well was there ever a letter sent out, she was like yeah on June 22nd. i was like it's July 7th and i haven't rec'd a letter yet and i only live in San Diego. so she was like well, u shld receive your license in the mail w/in 7-10 business days. and i was like well is my info updated on Breeze, she was like yeah. now granted i had my Breeze acct open whele i was on the phn w/her but, once i got off the phn w/her i refreshed and sure enough my LVN license # and expiration date was on there. and it had today 7/7/17 as the date of issuance. Im SO relieved this waiting gm is over OMG! its SO stressfull! but, to those who are waiting still, if u have the option to apply for your initial VN licensure on Breeze u may as well go on ahead and jus pay the $150 like i did cuz u might get your license b4 u get the letter saying that u passed? I paid my $150 online on Mon, Tues was the holiday and it popped up on Breeze today. Good Luck to everyone still waiting for their results!

i took my PN exam on 6/20. i have not rec'd my letter yet, but, have the following options on Breeze under Manage Acct: 1. Change Name 2. Request Verification Letter 3. VN Initial Application for Licensure so, i went on ahead and filled out option #3 and paid the $150.00 fee on Mon. my status on Breeze is still pending and on PV is still no results avail. I'm sure w/this being a holiday wk that time is not in anyone's favor in regards to this matter. I really wish Cali at least did the 48hr unofficial results like 95% of the other States in the US. at least folk would know if they passed or not

my schl is in Cali and is an LVN schl. all my classmates once they rec'd their congratulation you passed the NCLEX letters, the next step is to go online to pay for their LVN license then our schl does a reimbursement once you get your license. what our schl does while we are in schl is have us do photo, live scan, and fill out paper wrk to request to take the exam. but EVERY SCHL MIGHT DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY? i dnt knw how the BRN does things, i only knw what the BVNPT process is

Had this question on a nursing practice test
there is no way to tell if that question is considered above or below the passing "line". i did alot of research b4 taking my PN NCLEX on 6/20. i had the same question on my exam. in my research i read that there are about 20-25 questions that they use as like "practice questions" for future exams that don't even count towards what u answer correctly or incorrectly. i also read that the average "passing %" for the NCLEX is only like 58%. the NCLEX is made for u to fail unfortunately. it asks a question, u get it right, it asks a harder question. u answer a question, u get it wrong, it asks u an easier question. but, there is like an "imaginary line" that u are supposed to stay above, but, there's no telling what that "actual passing % is". again, it was said it was 58% but, all u need to do is make the minimun requirement to practice as a "safe nurse". i also heard that the PN exam and the RN exam have the same questions, I'm not sure how true or false that is either. of course there are probably 1000's of questions in the test bank that are randomly selected, but, i did hear that frm an RN who started out as a PN.

there is a "manage your application" w/a drop dwn menu which is where i went to "apply for my initial license" and below that there is a "start a new application or take an exam" section w/a drop dwn menu. we aren't applying to take the exam (again) and we dnt need an (endorsement, since that is when u are licensed in another state, wanting to get licensed in a new state) and those are the only 2 options under the start a new application. but, again, i cld be wrong by filling out the initial license application, i jus hope that I'm not. í ¾í´ží ¾í´ží ¾í´ž
