Hi Knuyen, I have the same situation as you. Could you suggest me what I should do?

I took the NCLEX in Cali board in 2008 but I don't have a license and then endorsed to New York in 2022. I came in the USA in March 2023 in California and I applied a license in California, however my ascessor required my IELTS in Speaking 8.0 and overall 6.5 ( I got Speaking 7.5 and overall 6.5). Then my agency suggested me to endorse my New York license to Minnesota instead. Unfortunately, the MN nursing board denied my process because I need to get a license from where the place I took the NCLEX. This mean that I has been in the USA without incomes for 4 months now. I request my agency to work in New York but they don't have any hospitals' contract there. They are trying to findout some helps to endorse me to other states that will accept my California's NCLEX result and then to endorse me to Minnesota. I complianed to them that I don't have any money to spent on my daily's expenses and I need to wait until they findout the solutions for me. I want to wok in New York, but they said that I need to pay $28,000 before quitting due to the contract. I don't know what I should do eventhoug they offer a free housing in Minnesota. Hi Crunchtime, Please let me know that all the process you got through I have the same problem as you I passed the NCLEX in 2008 and lost a pass letter. I want to follow my dream to CA. Could you help me to find the process as you did ? I would appreciate to get any response from you. Thank you
