  1. Have you tried non clinical positions like Utilization Review or Case Management? I did that while I was on restriction until I got off. Look at Treatment Centers and or hospitals. Otherwise hospitals such as tenet and HCA are IPN friendly at least in palm beach county.
  2. The majority of IPN contracts are 5 yrs. IPN usually will send you to have a psych eval to determine if treatment and or monitoring is even needed.
  3. I have completed IPN twice and unfortunately you are at their mercy. They give you a list of people to be evaluated by who will recommend what type of treatment you will have to go to and what stipulations you will have in your contract. You can always go to treatment on your own to a non approved IPN facility but will have to have another psych eval once completed. Almost all contracts are 5 years. They will stipulate whether or not you will need to follow up with therapy post treatment or not.
