    Thank you so much for the suggestion. I think I will systematically go thru the individual systems and then answer the questions. The Saunders book that I have is so detailed and long. I wonder is there is a study guide that has all the important info but more concise.

    Took the Kaplan course, did all the questions, had a tutor, studied for 6 weeks and still failed the test. went 265 in 5hours and 30 mins. Going to try again but don't know what to do differently. I keep reading about the importance of critical thinking, but don't know how one learns that. any ideas?
