  1. I just started my first nursing job about 2-3 months ago. They orient you to day shift first then will change you to nights if that is what you are working. I stated nights last week and officially came off of orientation last night. I am doing pretty well adjusting to nights (even though I'm pretty tired on my days off) but my two dogs are having a hard time. I'm still at home with my mom and she says that my dogs pace and wait by the front door all night. She has even invited them into her bedroom but they don't stay long. When I am off they are super glued to my side. How can I help them adjust easier? I've tried walking them before I leave for work but it doesn't seem to be helping.
