    I am a new grad who will be moving to this general area come fall! I was wondering if anyone knew the starting wage for new grads in this area. There are hospitals in WV, MD, and VA (which would be a commute to Winchester) that are all options, but I am trying to figure out the pay difference. I'd prefer to work in Cumberland, but according to Glassdoor RNs make $22-25/hr. Is this correct? Is this a good hospital to work? Thanks in advance for any help :)
