  1. What to do about how colleagues treat residents?

    Hi guys, I am a CNA who is in nursing school but I work at a Nursing facility. I am struggling with how to handle how my residents are treated because constantly I will come in an they are double briefed, haven't been checked on or just do not have any type of undergarment on at all. I've told mangement but the people who do it are the people who work the most hours at the facility. I do not know how to go about fixing this issue because it has really bothered me outside of work knowing that if I'm not there that resident probably won't get a shower until next week or work get changed for 6-12 hours. When I've addressed this issue to the people who do it they say that they respect the resident and have been doing CNA work for 10 + years but I don't know what I can do to help my residents. PLEASE HELP!
