Discouraged nurse
The nursing field in general seems to be veryy cut throat, I think woman tend to get on power trips and be very competitive. For what? If you're an LPN you're an LPN and if you are an RN then you are making more money so congrats why belittle others) but anyways... Im an MA currently in an RN program so you think LPN's get **** on imagine MA's! ha. I worked one place where MA's and LPN's were always head to head horrible to each other. We all work hard. You are a nurse you have a nursing LICENSE. I am excited about school but already not looking forward to the snarky remarks I know will come. The woman empowering other woman in the medical field doesnt seem to be encountered often, which develops a big communication gap and interferes with care, its too bad. Good Luck!

PLEASE HELP: New grad, 3 months into first job, want to quit and leave it off resume
That's incredibly unfair to do to somebody especially a new grad, I've had other medical jobs and they are just desperate and short staffed, that's on them for not training you properly. I had a horrible MA job experience and looked for other jobs and was honest about what was happening with the overworked and short staffed army like atmosphere and I got a new job within a week. Its understandable but I would resign in case they run your license in the future and see a termination. Sorry!

:/ I do not have a 4.0 by any stretch, still have a pre-req pending and I got accepted, you should email admissions and ask whats up! Thats a bummer I dont understand how they are choosing ppl if thats the case.
