You guys should be ok! I spoke to a nursing recruiter regarding this because I was hearing it should be two separate docs but she said your personal statement is your cover letter as long as you include what is required in there (units of choice, what nursing means to you, etc.). Hope this helps!

Same here. If anyone could give any info that would be awesome! HR didn't give too much info, only that they would be giving offers until July but no specific time frame

Did they mention whether they would be calling throughout the day/week? And how many they hired? Sorry for so many questions! I'm just super anxious...
