  1. Hi there!! I was hoping to find any NPs who work in more of an alternative medicine practice including functional & integrative medicine. I am considering going on for my FNP but only to go into this realm of medicine. Any information would be helpful including how you like this type of practitioner role and advice on how you got there. Thanks!
  2. Hello!! so I am an RN, BSN in NY- I work on a telemetry floor and will have two years of experience this upcoming October. Lately I have been itching to apply for positions for critical care (main interests either SICU or MICU) and have also been looking to relocate. I was wondering if anyone has updated information on salaries/job satisfaction in hospitals in and surrounding Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC. from what I have been finding it seems as though I will take a drastic pay cut which is okay for me if cost of living will be lower. I am particularly interested in Duke, Wakemed and UNC Hospitals and would appreciate any information about these hospitals and what it is like to work there. any information is welcome! haha :) happy nursing!
