  1. I passed the test! I got 78.14%. the requirements for my school is 75%. Even though I feel I can do better, but I'm very happy that I finally passed! I didn't even use the book this time. I spent my time on Hesi apps on my phone, reviewing questions and practice everyday for 4 hours. I downloaded the Hesi practice that have purple P and white background. I also downloaded Hesi prep A2 that is white and red. I also bought a book practice test McGraw from Amazon for $10, that book helps me with analyzing the reading comprehension and it has a lot of practices exam. 2 days before the exam; I reviewed the anatomy and physiology, chemistry, and biology through YouTube channel of the Hesi a2 enterance exam. The video last for 3 hours, I was listening to them on my way to work and between break. They have all the information that we needed to pass the anatomy and physiology, biology, and chemistry past.
  2. Yes, I will. Thank you for replying! :)
  3. Not yet. I will take it next week Friday. This is my 4th times taking this test. I kept on failing on the vocabulary and grammar past; but I had passing score on A&P, biology, math, and chemistry. Do you have any suggestions how to learn the grammar and vocabulary fast? I found the vocabulary hard, because some of the words that they asked we're not in the study guide book
  4. I will take my Hesi enterance test on Friday. Help! This is my 4th time taking this test. I'm so stressed because I kept on failing on the vocabulary and grammar part. I passed all the others section. I'm anxious and nervous, because I really need to pass this one. Otherwise, I will drop out of school
  5. You're not alone. I took the test 3 times already and I kept on failing on the vocabulary and grammar. English is my second language. I don't have any idea how should I study anymore.
  6. Hi! I have question regarding HESI test. This is my third time taking it and I failed again! Very frustrating. I studied from the study guide and it cost me $40 just for the book. I found that the study guide is not helping, maybe just a little bit. There are only a little bit of information and not detail at all. When I took the test today, I found some vocabulary questions that I wasn't able to find in the book. Since English is my second language, I found it very difficult and frustrating because I feel even though I already study it's a waste of my time. I took A&P 1 and 2 and microbiology class as well. The good thing, if not maybe I will be so lost. I feel this test wanting me to fail so I have to take it again and again. I even study from different sources and I found other source has more information that the study guide book. What a waste of money buying the book. What really annoyed me is that why this test is so hard for myself? I hope someone would like to share their experienced, and what did I do wrong. Why is it so hard? Why the test is not make sense at all. I feel like, I have study from other source not the book. I'm sorry, I'm a little bit upset. I tried many sources and I still fail. I need 1.18 % to pass it, but it was so annoying that the study guide book from their website was not helpful to pass this test. The lady in my college recommended this book as well, but why waste money on this study guide book. Please share your story? I'm just thinking to dropped everything and do something else. I know I need to improve my English as well, but I just can't believe how tricky this test can be. And why do they even recommended to buy the book if the book itself doesn't have enough information we need to pass this test. Thank you for reading and replying. -Marceilla
