Hey everyone! I went yesterday and got my financial aid stuff finalized. Just wanted to let y'all know that they only pre-registered us. We still have to go to the cashiers office to complete the registration process. I also checked the bookstore and they still do not have the books in yet.

I definitely appreciate your help! No matter what this is stressful! Lol! We have so much to get done before school starts and they don't get us much direction. Thank you for all your help!! í ½í¸

Just thinking It's not smart to wait until after classes start to get books. We should already be starting to read our assignments by then, not still trying to order and wait for books.

Did y'all get the isbn numbers to work on amazon? I couldn't. Do y'all know what the fundamentals book will be? When I looked on the bookstore website there wasn't one available.

What are the financial aid hours for Bessemer? I have been calling and emailed for 3 weeks and no one will return my call. I guess I'll have to go to the school.

They are very expensive. I almost choked when I saw it. I couldn't get the ISBN number to match up on 2 of them and the fundamental book isn't even out there yet....

When do classes officially start? I am new to Lawson. I can't find a start date on the website. Lawson's website is kinda difficult to navigate. We can't set up email until we register and we can't register until they change us in the system. Anyone else a little frustrated?

She said that the test at orientation is more like an evaluation and not to stress about it!

I emailed about the test on orientation and a list of first semester books. With as fast paced as nursing is i can't afford to not be prepared. We could have a test the second week of class. I will let you all know what she says.
