  4. I recently got into the kendal program. Just waiting to know if my start date is in December or january.

  6. Theres a lot of good hospitals around here in Miami. Some of the good ones are Jackson Hospital, broward health, memorial, kendall regional. The pay is pretty decent depending on where you work. Im a new grad also. Got my license in january. In my experience, its been hard just to get interviews. No one wants to hire someone without nursing experience. They have nurse residency programs at the hca hospitals like kendall regional. But those seem hard to get into also with the sheer amount of people applying. Even with the experience of working in a small ER for 2 years as a paramedic its been hard trying to find a job.
