I was told that RN I positions are positions that new grads are welcomed to apply to but are not specifically for new grads. So essentially you are competing against new grads and experienced nurses for these positions. I was also told to look in the description to see if new grads are welcomed to apply for that specific RN I position.

Just curious for those of you who have interviews or know someone with an interview, have you worked at Lurie before or had clinicals there?
