    I work for a Freestanding ER and they require I have PALS. I have ENPC but they don't accept it. My question, don't they have to pay for hours spent getting recertification? Department of Labor says they do. I also talked to our Regional Directer and I was told she felt as if she didn't need to pay the hours. I wanted to tell her that it is not her choice. What do you all say? Yes they paid the course but they made me take it to stay employed. Thanks
