  1. I am currently working for an agency in a rural area that is affiliated with the largest hospital/health care providers in my area. I am paid salary and feel that I work more than the 8/hours per day that I am getting paid for. I have received an offer to come back to a smaller agency that I have worked for in the past getting paid per visit, was told about 25 visits per week, and FT benefits. Pay is $40 per follow up and $60 per SOC. This would likely be a pay cut of around $300 per month for me, but the idea of more flexible hours is tempting. When I left this agency before, there were no computers, written OASIS, and they have since switched to tablets with Brightree, which is a program I am not familiar with. I am hoping for some insight or suggestions into this situation. I have never worked per diem and am not sure if this will be better for me.
