Hello everyone! So basically I am currently in my last semester of my sophomore year taking prereqs for nursing. I have taken chem, A&P 1 and 2, psych, and about to take my finals for microbiology and nutrition. I have an A in psych, C in chem, and a B in A&P 1 and 2 (I took A&P 1 over because when I took it during the summer, I got a D+ so I took it over and got a B). and I think I'm going to get a B- in micro and an A- in nutrition. I've just been so discouraged from my grades and I feel like I might not get into any BSN nursing programs and I don't really have anyone to talk to about this so I'm hoping you guys can help. I'm thinking about taking pathophysiology next semester and then apply to nursing school spring of 2018. but the thing is I don't know if I should apply to an associates degree program or a BSN program. my long term goal is to be a NP with a doctorates degree but I'm not sure if that's possible at this point. also if I do get into an associates degree program, will I get my degree earlier since I already took most of the courses? please if you have any type of information it would be extremely helpful! Thank you in advance!
