  1. Hi, I'm Bella, I'm a nurse in the Philippines. I wanted to take NCLEX RN here in California. I wanted to ask anyone who knows the average length (monts/years) of attending classes just to comply California requirements? I know that International graduates are required to go back to school to meet California's Educational Standards. I've been thinking to take Nclex in other state and submit all requirements like cgfns which I know it will take how many months to process it before you can apply nclex rn in other state and if ever just endorse the license in California once passed. I've been thinking as well that even if I have to attend classes to meet the standards of California it will be so hard for me financially but I have nothing to lose because I will still learn/adapt how to utilize the equipments here that I know I can't find it in my country and expand my knowledge with California's set up in clinical setting. I'm starting to think which way is better? processing requirements in taking nclex in other state that I know it will take 1 and a half to 2 years or more or I'll just attend a class here in California to refresh what I learned in nursing school and gain more knowledge about their set up here? thanks for helping! and goodluck to everyone who is strugling as well like me! :)
