    Hi! Same thing has happened to me. After months of waiting my application from breeze has disappeared. No luck getting through. Did they tell you why? I have mailed and faxed my finger prints twice already.

    I applied 9 weeks ago. After 7 weeks I called and the said they have lost my paper application so had to go and reapply online. There's a job waiting for me down in LA and won't most likely wait that long. licensed in NY and MN sent paper application and online still waiting has this happened to anyone before?
